OJSC RASKAT (Rybinsk Asphalt Rollers) is the leading manufacturer of road rollers and landfill compactors in Russia and the CIS. The plant was established in 1870 for the purposes of railway construction. In the 1930s, it was redesigned for the production of road-building equipment. Since that time, more than 135 thousand road rollers have been produced.

Today RASKAT is engaged in the serial production of smooth-drum vibratory road rollers, combined vibratory road rollers, vibratory road rollers for soil, pneumotyred and static road rollers, as well as landfill compactors.
